What is a lot number?
A lot number (also called a batch number) is a unique identifier assigned to a specific production run. It allows full traceability of the manufacturing process and testing records.
Where do I find my product code?
The product code and lot number are printed on the vial label and included on your packing slip. They are also referenced in your order confirmation email.
What if my batch is not found?
If your lot number does not return a result, please contact our research support team with your order number. Records for recent batches may take 24–48 hours to appear in the system.
Are certificates of analysis available for all products?
Yes. All Brooklyn Grey research materials are accompanied by a certificate of analysis from either the manufacturer or an independent third-party laboratory.
