Brooklyn Grey Labs sells research-grade peptides and compounds strictly for laboratory and research use. Due to the nature of these products — lyophilized powders requiring precise handling and cold-chain integrity — our refund and replacement policy is limited and strictly enforced.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
A refund or replacement may be requested only under the following conditions:
Reconstituted Products — No Refund or Replacement
Once a product has been reconstituted (dissolved in bacteriostatic water, acetic acid, or any other solvent), it is no longer eligible for a refund or replacement under any circumstances. Reconstitution is an irreversible process that alters the product's state and removes our ability to assess its integrity. No exceptions will be made.
