No Refunds. No Returns.
All sales by Brooklyn Grey are final. Once an order has been shipped, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances. This policy exists to protect the sterility, integrity, and chain of custody of research-grade compounds — requirements that cannot be verified once materials leave our facility.
Sterility and Research Integrity
The compounds sold by Brooklyn Grey are lyophilized research materials supplied under strict quality controls. Once shipped, we cannot verify that a returned item has been stored correctly, handled appropriately, or maintained in an uncompromised state. Accepting returns of research-grade compounds would create an unacceptable risk to the integrity of our catalog and to the research workflows of other customers. For this reason, all sales are unconditionally final upon shipment.
Research Use Only
All products sold by Brooklyn Grey are intended solely for in vitro laboratory research by qualified researchers. They are not approved by the FDA or any regulatory authority for human use, veterinary use, clinical application, diagnosis, treatment, or consumption. No claims are made regarding efficacy, safety, or fitness for any particular purpose. This policy does not constitute or imply any warranty beyond what is expressly stated herein.
Order Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for verifying compound identity, quantity, and specifications before placing an order. Brooklyn Grey does not accept returns or issue refunds for orders placed in error, including incorrect compound selection, incorrect vial size, or duplicate orders. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
Carrier Damage
Brooklyn Grey is not responsible for damage, loss, or delay caused by the carrier after handoff. If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, you must document the condition with photographs at the time of delivery and file a claim directly with the carrier. We do not issue refunds or replacements for carrier-caused damage.
