Standard orders are processed in up to 5 business days after payment is received and the order is cleared for fulfillment.

Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. Carrier transit time begins after your order leaves the fulfillment facility.

Priority packing is available for a $35 fee. Selecting this option moves your order to the top of the inventory packing list.

Priority packing affects fulfillment order only. It does not change the selected carrier service or guarantee a delivery date.

All orders ship via FedEx. FedEx 2Day is $25 and FedEx Standard Overnight is $50. A purchase of more than 20 units of the same product qualifies for free FedEx 2Day shipping. An adult signature is required for delivery; FedEx may request and scan a government-issued photo ID where required.

Available carrier services and rates are confirmed in checkout and may vary by destination and inventory location.

A tracking number is provided after the carrier accepts the shipment. Please review your delivery details carefully before submitting your order.

For delivery issues, contact us promptly with your invoice number and tracking information so we can review the shipment record.
